Twin sisters Susan Gruppi and Jessica Miller Essl founded M2G Ventures in 2014, a commercial real estate firm that invests in distinctive, mixed-use and industrial development projects in Fort Worth, TX and beyond. As women in a predominately male-dominated industry, particularly in Texas, they have become key leaders in Fort Worth’s ongoing development as the exclusive retail and restaurant partner for the $500 million revitalization of Mule Alley, the historic horse and mule barns in the Stockyards District. Their work has brought elevated concepts to Mule Alley that retain the neighborhood’s Western charm, including the chic Hotel Drover, an Autograph Collection property; a Lucchese Bootmaker boutique; craft cocktail lounge Sidesaddle Saloon; live music venue Second Rodeo Brewing; and more highly anticipated additions.
Starting in 2011 at Time Equities as an assistant to its founder, Francis Greenburger, Natalie Diaz now sits as Chief of Staff. In her current role, while still helping Greenburger prepare for speaking engagements and other duties to assist him, she oversees the firm’s marketing, communications and human resources departments. Among other business initiatives, Natalie has led and implemented a multi-pronged DEI strategy for Time Equities including the founding of the firm’s Change Committee in 2016, which works to devise and implement company-wide initiatives that will improve efficiency, communication, collaboration, productivity, and increase employee health and happiness.
The Change Committee led to a few important spin-offs including TEI Connect, the firm’s first internal mentorship program, which was founded in 2017; TEI’s Wellness Committee, which brings positive, wellness, and health-focused event offerings to TEI; and the Women’s Equity Committee (WEC) in 2018 which seeks to serve as the body through which the policies, ideas, and commitments to diversity that TEI has already committed to become reality. In 2021, the WEC was able to pass the company’s first-ever parental leave policy alongside a short-term disability policy.
Highlyann is one of the original founders of the Developers Group, now MNS. Drawing on a wealth of experience and expertise, she successfully landed, marketed and sold the two largest projects in Brooklyn. She also oversaw the design of all TDG buildings and sales offices and later opened The Design High, the exclusive interior design arm at MNS.
Tina’s an industry expert and has been with Montage International for close to a decade. Adelina Wong Ettelson joined Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2007 where she was hired to jumpstart the Residential Division for the prestigious brand. Since then, she has successfully launched several branded residential properties worldwide, ranging in locations from Bodrum, to Moscow, to Bangkok and more. In the next five years, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental are set to double with an additional 17 Residences in the pipeline—all being spearheaded by Adelina Wong Ettelson. As the branded residences industry continues to grow, Ettelson plays a vital role in the growth of Mandarin Oriental’s Residential division across the globe.

Through her leadership, Modern Spaces is well on its way to potentially breaking a record with the anticipated billion-dollar sellout of Skyline Tower which is 60 percent sold and averages 15 new deals per month.
Celebrating 10 years at Modern Spaces this year, Arlinda manages a 10-person team and oversees dozens of new buildings in all stages of development, from conceptual and financial projections, through sales and beyond. Arlinda refined her instinctual command of new development while working on prominent, large-scale projects like One Brooklyn Bridge and the Williamsburg Edge, where she was actively involved in every aspect of the development process from negotiation and pricing to marketing and sales.
As director of design at Whitehall Interiors, Sara Ianniciello leads a team of talented designers to conceptualize and produce modern and elegant design for groundbreaking luxury residential and mixed-use projects throughout New York City, including notable buildings like Skyline Tower in Long Island City, 101 W. 14th St. in Manhattan, The Deermar in Brooklyn and Bankside, a mixed-use development that will consist of seven residential towers in the South Bronx. With more than 20 years of experience, Sara has cultivated an extensive portfolio of bespoke and luxury hospitality and residential design.
