Domani Wealth Acquires EHD Advisory Services

Kenneth Eshleman and Steve Maher, the owners of EHD, are now senior wealth advisors and owners at Domani Wealth, working in the Lancaster office. 

Domani Wealth, an registered investment advisor based in Lancaster, Pa., said Monday that last week it completed the acquisition of EHD Advisory Services, bringing its assets under management to over $1.5 billion.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

EHD was founded in 2003. It was previously affiliated with EHD Insurance and operates out of East Lampeter Township in Lancaster County.

“Our comprehensive approach means we collaborate with clients, not just offer surface-level advice,” Angie Stephenson, COO and senior wealth advisor at Domani, said in a statement.

Domani, formerly ParenteBeard Wealth Management, was founded in 1995. Besides its home base in Lancaster, it has offices in Hanover, Mechanicsburg, Wyomissing and York, Pa. It offers wealth planning, investment management, and estate, charitable and tax planning, as well as services for businesses and qualified retirement plans. Domani is a member of the Callan Independent Adviser Group.

“We looked for opportunities to add more resources and further expand our services for our clients,” Eshleman said in a statement. “We strive for transparency with everything we do and engaging with Domani is the best move we could make.”
