Wfc bank side... I know that they did a tech platform conversion in mid January.....are there any wfc bank fa's out there that know how this is going?

Also…can anyone tell me about referrals from the bankers…how often, quality, etc? I’ve been told that I can expect to see 500k to 1 mil in net new per month coming from 3 or 4 new relationships (on average)…
