I don't think there is a min AUM and I don't know about tenure.  If you are under a recruitment deal you can not typically move for 7 yrs (approx). AGE is eligible to move and your retention moves with you and extends for 8 yrs. (same w/ 4front bonus). $250k min production approval of both BOM and regional Pres. FiNet proforma run on your business Visit to St. Louis, on your nickle, to meet FiNet and do your due dilegence. Commitment to go and positive consent form signed by your clients.

Do you know if they will let an office start? RJFS requires 150M for BOM and 100M for other reps in office. How about FiNet?

FiNet will NOT let you start a "branch".  Which is what it sounds like you are asking.  That doesn't mean that you can't find a way to have other FA's 'share office space'.....
