Has anyone gotten their Wachovia Hour & Wage Settlement checks?  Any idea on when they will be mailed out?  There’s no information on the internet that I can find.

They say the checks will be mailed out late December.  If you want more information, call the claims administration center at 1866-354-8987

Anyone know how to calculate the amount of settlement?

Multiple the number of months you worked there during the claim period by:  In CA $134.10/month   in NJNYPA $90.12  and everyone else $53.64.  I think this is all subject to change but this is the information they originally sent us.

Vin-- you had to file paperwork to be included in the class by August 25. Not sure what happens to your $$ if you didn’t.

fubs, i remeber completing paperwork, but didnt know when if anything was gonna come of it. So i called that # that trailman listed and verified it. They have my correct address on file & confirmed my last four SS#. And they told me how many months they have me down for.

btw: in CA the withhold 1/2 of the distribution for taxes

Hey Fellas,

Just an FYI.....on the Morgan settlement, they called half of it back overtime pay and taxed it big time, but the other half was considered a penalty and was not taxed at all.....   I don't remember the exact numbers, since it was a few months back, but that's the way they did it.....   To find out when I was getting it, I not only called the firm handling the payout, but also the law firm that handled the case........If you do some research, you could probably find it.......for those who care enough to try to find out what's up.....   Good Luck.....
