I am being offered a broker position at US Bank.  Does anyone have any insights on this?  It is a lower % payout…will volume make up the difference?

Make up the difference for what? If you ask a question that implies a comparative analysis don't you think you should tell us what to compare it to???

just starting 6th year in biz 3 with current firm, I have no plans to go indy. My book is somewhere between 20-25 mil. alot of stuff doesn't download to our reports program, might be higher.
