Anyone know if severance exists for FAs? Obviously big dogs will get their tickets punched, but for LOS 2 guys right out of training with small books, is there such a thing as a “layoff?” We had CAs leave this week with pretty handsome going away severances, but I’m thinking that FAs would get little more than a pat on the a$$ on the way out the door.
your severance is the salary you milked for the low production numbers you put up before they fire you.
the only sev package they give you is a brown cardboard box for all you crap to take with you.
There is one but it is called by another name. Short and long term disabilty insurance. Many of us probably qualify!
