I was wondering if anyone saw this article and what they think of it.  Doesn’t seem right to me that someone’s lawyer (not affliated with the company) can make comments about someone else who works for the company and get them fired.

Kevin did a nice job with that story (got all sides to it, including Merrill's).

FD: I never worked for MER or PRU (thank G-d). I haven't been to San Antonio in quite a while but it's a nice town.
