All quiet on the western front. The question is what is going to happen next? Non-compete contracts are coming due.
Wow sounds like a bunch of rookies who have nothing to do. Apperently things must be good or we would hear some REAL bad news

funny. However, they are closing Coral Springs.
Yes. I have received confirmation that MS is closing their Coral Springs office. It’s being “merged” with Boca Raton.
If that’s the case (and I have no idea why merged should be in scare quotes) it means one small office has been merged into a much larger office 16 miles away. Sounds like what we were told would happen.

The industry is notorious for opening too many offices when things are going well, only to have to close them when the business cycle goes down.
That is especially true along both coasts in South Florida where you can find offices of the same firms within ten or so miles of each other--don't want the old folks to have to go too far, dontjaknow?
Well now that NASDy Newbie is gone, MS is in the toilet. Why, oh why, did they let him get away?

Hey, it was a cost cutting measure. The carpets didn't need to be vaccumed EVERY day.
They are going to have to close alot more to pay Gormans salary.
How does closing an office pay somebody's salary?
I'm the one who is saying that the major firms would just as soon close their offices to save money and now one of you is coming along and agreeing with me?
I am just saying MS is paying this guy very well to turn things around and he has to do something to justify his existence.

Do you think they'd close branches if the branches were profitable, just to be doing something?
