I know I am going to get hammered for this one. Considering a change of venue and looking at both of these companies. I guess I am just tired of banging my head of the wall with my current situation. You know from your post that both of these options probably aren't good ones. Why leave one place where you are banging your head, then go to another to do the same thing? Just for a change of venue?
Why not assess your individual situation to see if you need more than just a change of scenery?
