I have been reading this forum for several years 5+ and never respond, for obvious reasons. But what is wrong with your LPL experience. I have been with 4 BD's variying sizes, with LPL for the last 2 years, There is not one that even comes close to the experience that I have had. I am not a huge producer 450k + OSJ with 4 reps underneath, but I have experienced nothing but good things. When I started in 2006 I noticed a different service level but I really think that it has gotten back to somewhat coherent responses. Tech is best in the indy world, needs add ons, but good. Grass is not always greener. The guys that always look for the better, never seem to have consistency. Believe I know. I am curious to get actual events beside a ppwk error here or there. Which is common no matter where you go.
