Hi All,

I am a Managing Principal of a young, exciting, and rapidly growing independent wealth management firm.  We use Charles Schwab and Fidelity Investments as custodians, and have implemented cutting edge technology to prepare for our growth phase.  We are looking to add several new advisors in Q4 of 2013, and rapidly expand during 2014.  We are looking to expand using several different channels including: recruiting of FAs with 2-3 years’ experience, bring on board breakaway established warehouse teams or branches, and practice buy outs.  If you are interested please contact me privately through PM.

Take care,

Nick

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) receives many questions about investment advisers—what they are and how to go about choosing one. This document answers some of the typical questions we receive from investors about investment advisers. This Q&A is for the benefit of investors. You should not rely on it to determine if you need to register as an investment adviser. as financial educators, we often get asked if we provide financial advice directly for individuals and unfortunately, we have to turn them down. First, we don’t provide any financial advice at all in the sense that we don’t make investment recommendations or manage money.
