I’ve been approached by ICA about taking over a branch of theirs. I know they normally operate within banks, but are not directly tied to the bank. Does anyone know anything about their payout, technology or managed accounts ? Any input would be appreciated.

The position was to take over an existing branch office in a bank. I would be continuing as a broker like I am now. That’s why I’m wondering about their technology, payouts, managed accts etc.
