I am wondering how the following are:

How is the banking?  Bill pay online?  Cards with signature points?  Do they work as a delayed debit?   How is the managed money platform?  Good manager universe? How about the dual contract capabilities?  I understand they custody via Pershing/Lockwood.   How are the managed funds platforms?  Do they have an advisor select platform and a firm select platform?   How is the planning software?  I am a CFP, will it be robust?   Do they have a retiring FA program?   Can the trust operation handle Delaware Trusts?  Can they work throuh Comerica?   If you have come from a wire or compete against the same, do you lack anything on the platform?   Thanks!

Debit Card with points

Managed money platform is very good and getting stronger all the time.  Dual contracts are available.  We self custody, there are some managers available via pershing that are not normally available (Brandes for example)   Manage funds platforms are great.  Run by Stifel or by adisor.  ETF portfolios avaiable as well   Planning software is avaiable on your desktop.  I don't do many plans so I would defer on that question   Deals can be done for retiring FA's, lots of flexability   Comerica is our Trust provider, don't know about the Delaware situation   I came from another regional but compete against wires and haven't had any difficulty.  I've been at Stifel for over 6 years and love the firm.  Hated where I came from.
