The best part of being a Wachovia FA is Friday when I get to go home for the weekend. The worst part is Sunday night when I know I have to go back to such a sh*t firm Monday morning.

Are you able to stay positive Maddog? I am so frustrated with the way WS runs their business, esp after coming from two firms that really did a great job at putting their clients interest first. I am angry and close to loosing it. I am, however, not sure that a move in this environment would make things better…yet.
Pick, It is infuriating. The Broker Vision conversion is a cluster fu**. But, like I told my asst the other day - up to the point that we decide to move - we have to master this mother and keep moving forward. So, I have to stay positive in the sense that I am here to service my clients - and right now, the best way to do that is understand the sh*t storm that we are in. So, until we decide to roll down the road - we still need to understand the program.Are you able to stay positive Maddog? why don’t you change firms?
Sorry guys, the way to be happy everyday is to move to a good firm, I know I have never been happier since moving to SF…hopefully you all find your peace at WS somehow or somewhere!
