Hello and thanks for your help - I am a wealth manager at a national firm, based in the pacific northwest, and have been managing money for about 10 years now.  I'm fairly happy, my book is pretty solid but I've been thinking a lot about the hefty recruitment offers I've been seeing on advisorhub.  I know there are golden handcuffs with a lot of those deals and you need to read the fine print - I am looking to learn more about if any of these deals would be attractive to me.  What's the first step here?  A headhunter?  Or finding a recruiter at one of these firms on facebook or linkedin?  Can someone help me navigate?
