Anyone have any experience at the above as a private client manager or private client advisor?? What are your thoughts or opinions?

No Ezmony there.

Just when you are having a year where you may hit their impossible goals; they change the grid.

They do not have the reporting capability to accurately or  clearly calculate your income.

Most salaries are fixed with minimum cost of living increases. Poor managers for the most part.

Stay away unless you are hungry.

EZ   there are posts all over the place..STAY AWAY FROM BOA...

I left recently and I know first hand the pcm in the NE are struggling .

of course there are some that are successful ,but the majority are miserable..Example my pcm was #1 in our territory for 3 straight quarters( bonus at the end of each quarter)....If they were to do the same numbers today ,with the new comp plan... zero smackaroos in 2 of the 3 quarters.

I just left BAI! The place sucks! Its all about the Premier bankers and not about BAI - Its what can we do to help our “Premier Partners” - They want us focusing on Mortgages and CDs. They screw us on the comp (Trails and lower payouts)The banking centers give 0 referrals. Banking centers need to sell a certain amount of units per day and BAI is not considered a unit.
