Areas of value in the market?

Where do you see value in the market right now? It seems that there isn’t much value in the market right now. The only real areas that I see(besides a couple of individual stock positions) are floating rate bonds and HY muni funds. Everything else seems to be fairly valued or overvalued. What do you think?
I find value and pricing distortions in options chains on a daily basis. If nothing else check your Stock Reports plus and look at the 9 and 10 high yielders.
Reits aren’t on the radar unless they’re in health-care, at this time, pay over 7% and have a solid chain. I’ll look at the chain after the open and let you know what I think if you like.
[quote=AGEMAN] Check it out as it seemed distorted to me. I read an article on it online as well.
wrong team was favored. colts D sucks. 23 ed vs run
Brees a stud. so accurate
competition for global resources
…commods cheap. oil, metals, ag
I think it’s a stock picker’s market right now. I think the Vanguard crowd is not going to do well in this environment, especially if we see a large correction. I think if you have a process and know how to identify value, you’ll do very well for your clients.
I think a July 20 put on PBI for .85 is a good value. 10 of 10, strongest buy zone, barley went under 20 in the big slide, just killed earnings, increasing volume & a 94% probability of expiring out of the money. IF you were lucky enough to get assigned at current levels the div would be 7.6% with a basis of $18.15.
Only if your broker agrees.[quote=NYCTrader]I think it’s a stock picker’s market right now.
