looking at being a series 7 broker in this bank- anyone ever worked there? pros/cons to share? looks like there are about 500 reps in the firm countrywide

I was a FS at USBank.  Not a bad program, as a FC you will cover several branches with FS’s that refer business to you.  The best FC’s really take care of the FS’s which create more referrals.  Not sure about the grid, but I think its in the mid 30’s.
