Just wanted to get some input. I am in the process of being hired with my current bank but will be working for International Personal Banking sector. I received the FINRA U4 and I marked everything NO except for the compromise creditors.

2007 I decided to go back to school to finish my bachelors degree. Unfortunately I could not continue due to my previous employer that did not work with my school schedule and so I had to stop going to school but was going through financial problems in early 2008. On 2015 I received a 1099-C that the creditor decided to cancel/forgive my debt. Would I need to acknowledge this with the U4 even though I have filed my taxes and paid the taxable income?

I also paid paid a few credit cards off and s motorcycle that was in collection in 2017. Should I disclose those also even though I can’t remember what credit card I paid off in 2018-2019.
