New to this site, have learned a lot already. Got my first phone interview on Thur. with Raymond. What should I expect?
Ferris being a c*ck to people when they ask a question isn’t the purpose of this forum. How bout just not posting if you don’t have an answer…

What is the point of being a d*ck? You have been a member here for a week and you are already wearing out your welcome.

That’s not being a dck. That’s having a sense of humor.
Get a sense of humor, you lifeless piece of $hit. Now that’s being a d*ck.

I'm not that funny.
Nothing more then useless banter?forums.registeredrep.com/smileys/smiley32.gif">
That's the motto of these forums. 99% useless banter, 1% something else.

Probably help if we knew more about you. For example, do you have a book? Are you new to the biz? What made you apply with RJ? I'm guessing these are questions they'd ask as well.
Any reason you selected an Indy to interview with?

Finally, a response to the guys question.
If you are coming to this forum for the first time, with a question like that, I have to assume you are not currently in the biz.
Expect them to look for you to prove that you have a strong work ethic, ability to sell, ability to gain peoples trust, and a drive to succeed. Also, a thick skin, when you run into people like Ferris, who is probably not a new member, but a reincarnation of an old member, with a new name. Or actually, maybe he is just a member - a small one at that!!

[/quote]Sounds more like some questions in response to his question, but hey it’s
something! Now we’re cooking with gasoline!
No problem, I am a career changer, coming from the IT world. I have always wanted to be an FA, got riffed and so I am seizing the moment. I applied to RJ because the position said FA trainee and I liked what the website said about the training and opportunity.
I've done a phone interview with RayJay, unfortunately I happened to be very drunk when they called that afternoon. However I do remember that the questions were along the lines of:
1.Name an instance where you faced adversity and how did you overcome it?
Or
2.Tell me about a time when things didnt go as planned.
That sort of thing. Nothing business related but they make you think on your toes. I'm sure you'll have no problem with it though.
I am at RJ, it is a place to start and stay.
PM me if you have specific questions.

...I take it things are again going well for the beekeeper?
Oh yea, it’s a great opportunity alright. The problem is only about 10% make it to the great opportunity.
