I see correlations between some CEOs of large companies and some investment reps; the CEOs continue to be compensated with millions, and the stock keeps going down…

…and IRs that continue to make money when their clients are losing money.

How are these two scenarios different? Of course, one obvious explanation is that the both the CEO and the IR are only worried about themselves, and couldn’t care less about the shareholder / client.

Why not compensate the IR based on performance? Heck, even some lawyers are compensated this way, and we all have opinions about lawyers.

ok, ok, I know, you can’t, you can’t, its illegal, its hard, I’m a moron, its tough, you can’t, and every other excuse in the book. Holy cow, if I wanted excuses, I would have asked my 11 year old to do some chores.

What percentage of CEOs care about their shareholders?

What percentage of IRs care about their clients?

CEO's have some control over the operations and the direction of the company.

Advisors have no control over the market. Even a moron can figure that out.

Orgi--the beauty of the United States is that when everyone else is too stupid ("us") to see an opportunity that is plain to a genius like yourself, it can lead to unfathomable riches (see:  Gates, William).  So, go away and figure out the model to get it done...you will not have time to mess with us.  If I'm not mistaken, we have answered your original questions.  C ya.

Didn't you start this thread by telling us you had no experience? Well, if you think clients are losing money and/or that most IRs don't care and worry only about themselves, you were exactly right.

In admitting at the top you have no idea what you're talking about, that is.....
