I'm really tempted to say something smart, but I'm going to keep it to myself.

Why did they hire you?

Isn't it a little late to be asking "what's good?"

$5 million is not impossile to bring in.  I would hope you have $2 million of that warm.  What is the revenue target?  Are you sharing with anyone or does everything belong to you.

Whats Bad: I dont think you like women.

Sorry just really bored and trying to amuse myself

For some, for many, $5 million actually is impossible.  How long did it take you to get there?

If you cannot bring in $5million in your first year, you will have a very hard time in this business.

Agreed, but unresponsive.  How long did it take you to bring in your first $5 million?

5 Million in your first year is very realistic.  If you don’t do a million by month 4 move on & find a new career.

Yes it is too late if you are a new hire--meaning you have been hired.

The worst thing you can do for your career is jump ship before you have had enough time to figure out why you think the grass is greener somewhere else.

Plus, you say you're at Smith Barney, where do you suppose you're going to find a better franchise to help you?

It's a big bad world out there, and if you're finding it intimidating at Smith Barney you would find it just as intimidating anywhere else and far more intimidating at most places.
