Is one wirehouse any better than another for a new advisor?

Between ML, MSSB, and Wells Fargo, is one better than the other for a new advisor getting started? And by better, is one going to improve your odds on being successful more than another 3-5 years after putting the same amount of hard work in that is required?

No one can answer that authoritatively without actually experiencing more than one wire during their start-up time.
