I keep hearing good and bad things from searching these guys. Looking for an honest 2022 opinion if this is a good broker to work for. I only have about a year in the business as an advisor and I have my 7,63, and L&H.

Hey I started at NWM

good company, they make the process pretty easy for advisors. Everything is pretty standard fee or commish pay

wha i would avoid is having the senior guys “help” you with a client unless you need it. It will count against your lives” ie 1 insurance policy is 1 life 20 to stay and be probation and 40 to be top. Less investment focused more focus on insurance but overall great company. The data gather sheet they use is my top favorite very smooth. Also 40 lices=your office within a period of time.

That’s a great company with lots of opportunities to develop a career. But they require a lot of knowledge and skills so you must be ready for it. During uni, I used some sources to get ready my papers and spend more time on work to get more experience. I think you must try to work with them.
