Mssb-background check

So I filled out the background check paperwork for mssb after the interviews and assessment test. This was on Friday that i sent it in. Does this mean i have the job depending on my background check or is it still up in the air whether they want me or not?
I am waiting on the same thing. I think they said that the background can take up to 2 weeks. I accepted their verbal offer before I filled out the paperwork, so I guess you receive the written one afterwards.
What are they currently offering in terms of salary? Any info on production minimums, or are they just hiring for teams
I think he mentioned 75% of what you were making before. Since I have another business to support me, the salary was not a great concern ( I would rather take a higher payout :))
They mentioned goals along the way, so I am guessing that you have to hit the phones hard for 12 hours a day minimum. No mention of teams.
I didnt get a verbal offer from them so does that mean i hear nothing till after two weeks?
Most companies will do a background check before they make an offer - so in my case, it was a little strange.
So my question is if that is a good sign? I dont have anything wrong in my background so in you opinion what do you think?
Talked to a branch manager today in southeast US… Sent me two online aptitude tests to take. Next trainee class is end sept(some kind of national training, mentioned New York). There is an earlier class but that is for the non-licensed.

How far along the process are you?
Not very… applied online two weeks ago, had a 1 hour conversation over the phone with the branch manager. that’s it. I ask how long the process took and he said depends on how bad they want you and when the next trainee class is.
