This site has been infected with this acidity virus.  It needs to be disinfected!  I echo that!!!!!

Yes I agree....this bulletin board has been infected with newby trolls who seem to feel they have the right to sit in judgment of our behavior.  It would seem to me that most of the folks who are complaining that we 'don't play nicely' are these mysterious newbies who registered in the last 30 days with a very low post count.

In all honesty this is getting very tiresome.  I'm starting to see why some other boards are 'closed' to the general public.  I am honestly starting to think I'm wasting my time and effort here.

Joe,

Obviously you have a problem with dates. I have been on here since March (more than 30 days) and have been in this business for 22 years.

The thing that is tiresome is when a good thread gets going and folks try to have a spirited discussion, some posters get on and ruin the thread. Normally it is BH. I do not have an issue with your posts for the most part.

There are some posters and readers that would actually like to share info and learn from the experieince of others. Apparently you are not one of them.

I read many of the posts until they get degraded and ruined (normally by the infant BH). Some start out good Some are pointless, but all turn into crap once the anal posters and their idiotic comments start.

I really don't see the point in it.

I totally agree, NY. Well said.

I'll defend BH.

I'm curious...why did you accept a job without knowing how "the system" works? Does that sound stupid to you?

The above quote is classic Bobby.  He makes a great point.    This is the internet.  Why does anyone care if he's playing nice.  He could have stopped his post after the first sentence.  He didn't.  So what.   He said what we're thinking.

I was not referring to you, but rather the myriad of aliases used by goforbroke/madison/4luvofmoney/echo, and I think if you take a second look you'll see that most often the threads are ruined by her.  BH often responds to her in a rather blunt manner, so I suppose his posts stand out.  I have at times been guilty of that as well.  We would all be better served by ignoring the trolls.

I agree with you that it is a shame that we don't have a better quality exchange of information on this forum.

Precisely my point.  He asked a question that to me seemed spot-on as to the heart of the issue.  Perhaps newbs contemplating a position in the business will learn from that, if they can get past all the other static.

I concur.  His posts may be acerbic but they are also mercifully short and not full of            .  Short and to the point.

Learn how to capitalize troll!

Do you feel better that we have been reduced to discussing proper grammar.

Why don't you add something useful, ask a pertinent quesstion, or go away?

I have been at ML for a year and have taken one day off due to a family emergency.  I’ve been in there half the holidays.  One of my coworkers who started when I did will be taking a week’s vacation next month.  Not sure how that will go over.
