You get 3 months to get your licenses, then your goals start.

What is expected from you after the first month? (what i mean by 1st month is the first month after you get your licenses, your first month of goals).

So what basically what is the goal for month 4, month 5  etc.

Also, are the goals monthly or every 3 months?
