I can’t imagine how a POA participant would have the money to buy a book otherwise…

It can’t really happen.  There are specific policies in place for
reps retiring, and the succession plan for them.  A new POA would
not be approved to soley be the recipient of a retiring reps
book. 



THe best thing they can hope for to get easy assets is to join a team or  another rep with some sort of split.

Help! Does anyone out there still have a 2006, 2007, and/or 2008 POA Handbook? I lost mine and desperately need a copy. I’ll pay for copying and FedEx.
