Everyone has different ways of gathering leads.  What I’m looking for are free online databases (or something similar) where I can “qualify” leads by narrowing by household income,  home values, etc.

I'm looking to just hit the phone hard (as we're being pushed to do).  I'm not looking for the top of the top people here.  $100K is "our minimum," but at this point in my career, I'd gladly take half that.   Any ideas on free databases out there that are similar to SalesGenie that can be used?  Any ideas on other sources for leads?  Thanks in advance.

Check out this thread!  It has everything you are looking for, oh wait? Didn't you already ask this and get three pages of responses?

If it had everything I was looking for, I guess I wouldn’t be asking several months later, now, would I?  Why don’t you move on to the next thread and insult somebody else?  That seems to be what you’re good at.  I’m sure everyone else appreciates the added value you deliver to the Rookie forum.

Hate to say this, but I am with Volt…

What are you looking for then?

Aren’t there any other free sources?  I know some guys at the office are looking at public records on home values, searching those streets, and getting names that way.

Perhaps I missed something, but I think there were a number of free sources that were suggested in your original thread. I think there are some excellent methods to attain leads via free resources, but they will not be gift wrapped. If it is something that is quite effective, I doubt that anyone who has stumbled upon an effective routine via trial and error, is going to pass that information along freely. Bottom line, the library can be an excellent source of leads, but at the end of the day, it requires some creative thinking, and work to get an effective list of leads from those free resources.

This guy wants some magical online free data base where leads fall out of the sky at no cost & no work.

Rick, you should also begin your search for the fountain of youth and big foot.

You know, the good leads…he’s looking for the good leads…the glengarry leads.

The leads are weak.

Fountain of Youth is in St. Pete FL.  Not sure about Bigfoot.  But half of the job is done.
