If you saw a small child alone and crying in the Mall, what would you do?

Actual question

Are they the questions where there is no answer, all they look for are keywords in you response?  Such as. I would go to "her", or I would go to "him", as opposed to going to the "child" and they can tell whether you can have a gender neutral conversation?(question gave no gender), or if you admit you even go to malls it says something etc etc?

I think they are those types of questions.  It has been a long time since my interview but it seemed more like a psychology interview.  Things like.  What do you regret most in your life.  What are you most proud of.  How would you handle a situation.  Things like that.  There are really no right or wrong answers.
