Over the next month my partner and I are completing my employment contract. He has been in the industry for 20+ years and I have been in for one year. He has the extablished firm and I am a energized rookie.

What should I expect and what I should push for?

Along the lines of percentage of income to senior partner? Issues reguarding me leaving firm and taking customers? Business in general? I plan on having a lawyer look it over when its all done and I trust my partner, but business is business!

Does it occur to you that if you don't know what you're worth you should not be attempting to sell yourself?
