I've been working in operations at the home office of a BD since May, and have about 40 months experience total at broker dealers.

I passed my 7 in November and I am about to take my 66,  I feel very confident that I will pass.  Once I passed my 7 I did not ask, and did not receive a raise from my starting salary at ~50K

My question is: once I pass my 66, and my annual review comes up, what type of pay increase, if any, could I expect?  I do not want to ask for an increase but of course I am expecting one.
