Getting a non-cold calling job when you have a series 7

I realized after getting my series 7 and cold calling for a brokerage firm after 1 week that cold calling is not for me. Now that Im licensed; what are some positions that I can try to get into that require you to be licensed without cold calling. Please help guide me on what steps I need to take.
There are many paths that you could take but should first decide on what interests you the most (this is not indicated in the post) and then take the steps necessary to get there.
