any rookies about a year in have an opinion --
with the high AUM goals for new advisors, can someone starting from scratch make it without calling households or must it be part of your sales plan?
Call Exec's and businesses during the day, sprinkle in some residential retiree calls, and then make residential calls in evenings and on Sat. mornings...

Are we selling something to these execs on the first call or setting up a meeting to stop in and introduce ourselves?
