Ask Weddle next time he calls. You are in constant contact aren’t you ? First name basis ?
Sorry, couldn't help it.yeah, helpdesk may be a little behind… as usual. 5-6 FA’s in my region have it on their blackberry’s. The windows platform used to be the rule of thumb, but it opened up for new blackberry’s a couple months back.
I am relatively sure that it has to be a newer version of the Blackberry. I know a couple of FA’s that have the older version and still cannot access it. If you don’t own a phone already and you want to be able to access Joneslink you should probably just buy one with Window’s access.
I am biased, however. I think Blackberry's are overrated...Straight off Joneslink BlackBerry devices - BlackBerry Bold, BlackBerry Storm, BlackBerry Curve 8900 (Javelin) and BlackBerry Curve 8350i.Hey guys, i did see a post awhile back about using Joneslink on your phone and most were saying you cannot use a Blackberry, but on Joneslink it says that you can. Anyone using a Blackberry ?
Call your RTA. Our helpdesk isn’t going to be very helpful with anything other than Jones equipment.
Just curious, but why the Blackberry and not the iPhone?RTA
When I was at Jones, our RTA was always the oldest guy in the region. I don't even think he had cable TV. My regional leader told me that they picked guys like this because if they could figure out the technology, ANYBODY could figure out the technology.
See, mine is just the opposite. If there is something techie out there that can help us in our offices, he knows about it and shares it with us.
I set my iPhone up for joneslink mobile and I am sorely disappointed that there is no function for adding prospects. That was the whole reason I got the darn thing.
