Need to negotiate my base salary at WF and would appreciate any helpful insights.  Background- already licensed for past 3 years and worked for a very sucessful indy during that time.  Law degree with courses in tax, business planning & estate planning.  Medium sized town in the South.  What is a good salary range?

Your background doesn't matter unless you are xfering a book.. and if you are not 40-50k
