If you consider MetLife make sure you ask if they have a buy in.

They were the first company I interviewed with and was offered a contract but only if I passed my 7,66 and sold $4000 worth of comission(well let one of thier managers terrorize friends and family for) before my start date.  The start date - 30 days

This was never brought up in our 4 interviews and was presented in a "Oh by the way" type of manner.  Promptly said "No thanks"  even being green I knew that was a BS deal.  Probaly could have negotiated with them but so pissed that didn't even bother.  The funny thing was most our interviews centered around honesty and integrity
