Looking to get started in the business as an agent, which of these 3 companies do you think is best to work for from a training  and compensation perspective?

Clearly this is an old thread, but in case anybody stumbles on to it, my advice would be New York Life. It worked for me. Started as a second career at the age of 43, in 2009 (about the time of the original post here), and have done very well. I’ve built a respectable practice with 2 assistants and my own office space. New York Life’s training program is top notch.
