Anyone familiar with Capital Group jobs?

Ive seen them advertising for a " New Adviser Sales Representative (Inside Sales)" position pretty regularly.
I
was on a job hunt around October of 2007 and saw several positions from
them including this one. It seems like everytime I look at their open
positions its the same titles.
Do they have a high turnover rate
in regards to these positions ? Why are they always hiring/updating for
these positions? Anyone know what these positions pay? They have a few different ones.
Any info about them or their reputation is helpful.
Capital Group is the parent company of American Funds.
They advertise for these positions because they are growing by leaps and bounds AND they are very picky about who they hired (in spite of that, I was lucky to be an internal with them for 3 1/2 years ) If you are lucky to get an interview and get hired, you could do a helluva lot worse. Having Capital Group on your resume opens a lot of doors.Great company, great benefits. The hiring process is lengthy and very thorough. More often than not, they hire from within. You will see the same positions often not always because they are new, but rather they are just taking their time in hiring. Salary is competitive but not impressive by any means. The benefits are top-notch though and make up for it. They also award bonuses.
They do tell you up front that the hiring process takes a while. But Ive seen these same positions since last October. ( I was curious about the company.
I do hear that its a decent company, and I do like the idea of inbound calls. Thats usually a dream scenario, assuming you have a willing contact on the other end of the phone.
Trusted, you have any idea what the salary is ?
Depends on what the position is. I’m not sure about the New Advisor Sales Rep. I know their Shareholder Servies reps start out in the low to mid $30s before bonuses . . . I’d imagine that this would be higher.
Well that seems like a good situation to me. I think Im gonna toss my name into the hat and see what happens.
I do know one thing, they have some really nice office buildings. Classy.
