LPL Starting Costs

I don’t believe so, but I defer to your LPL recruiter or contact. I understand the difference between the 8-9/10 and 24 has to do with the NYSE seat that other firms hold and LPL does not. I THINK the 8-9/10 will get the job done, but not 100% sure.
Does LPL have a discretionary platform > managed money with broker as the manager?
What other indies worth considering do have that platform?
Sorry, bob no input here. I don’t do any applicable business. LPL’s SAM platform may meet those parameters but I don’t know from experience.
LPL’s discretionary platform is SAM ($25K minimum). SAM I means that the client pays all ticket charges, and SAM II means that the broker pays all ticket charges. They also have SMA’s and UMA’s, as well as the ability to work with outside RIA’s who manage money via ETFs, funds, etc.
They have a LOT of stuff to work with."They have a LOT of stuff to work with."
I will concur, now_indy, from the opposite end of the product-line perspective. LPL has never said “no” to any platform or business building question I’ve ever asked. They honestly want your business to grow just like you do. (i.e. ethically, practically and profitably.)

Hank,
I'm pretty sure Bob is with a wire...not sure which one, but almost positive.
Hank is a little confused these days....
I know,
He's all frazzled because he's getting Snags to trim his box...
Yep. I noticed they had a little man-love thread going on.....I'm happy for them.
