I mostly use lists of people who are 60-90 days late in paying their mortgage and credit card bills.  It has been a highly effective and profitable strategy.

I mostly use lists of people whose houses are $500,000+ and paid off.


Then I scare them into reverse mortgages and B-shares, my pipeline is thin Lance and I'll pay big $$$ if you can help me out.
