My process is very simple although I’ve not used it in the industry but I think

our expectations of each other:

Somethings you should expect of
me:

I will always act with your best interest in mind
I will return
your calls promptly
You will always get my honest opinion
I can’t control
the market or guarantee results but will recommend how to react
Everything we
discuss is 100% confidential

Sometimes I expect of my
clients:

That you ask questions if you don’t understand
If you feel
uncomfortable about something we are doing you tell me
You introduce me to
others I can help - my business is built on helping people just like
you.

… I tell them the referrals is not “required” but it really helps
me build and grow my business. People love to think they had a hand in your
success.
