Baird Comp Plan

Hi, all. Does anyone have any knowledge of the RW Baird comp plan? I’m particularly interested in the grid levels and stock opportunities. My existing firm, which is similar in size, is slated to amend our comp plan early next year. Any additional info. would be helpful. Thank you.

I think this is a reliable website that shows their comp. No first hand experience for me though.
