Sterne Agee, Hilliard Lyons

Any info on Sterne Agee? Do they offer training (I’m 6, 63 and would need my 7) or do they only hire FAs that are already established?
Also, do they offer a salary at start, if they do have training?
Same question for Hilliard Lyons.
