Smith Barney Guarantees Salary to Reps

So has anyone heard about this?

Smith Barney sent out a memo to branch managers in late April saying that come May 10, it will give ALL reps the minimum salary neccessary ($455 per week = about 23k per year) to list reps as exempt from overtime.
