Anyone seen Evelyn Juan's latest on broker payouts? Sallie is tired of the kvetching and morale problems (not to mention the defections). Looks like those who stayed will get theirs soon.
Also, for you NYC based MERrill types, Rick Capozzi (formerly of PRU) jumped ship last week (AGAIN). He's one of John Mack's finest now. Must have been some sweet UPFRONT $$$ there. I guess he took 3 producers with him when he bailed.

My guess is she is referring to the memo that went out last week, from Sallie, saying her short term goal is to enhance and simplify the comp plan.
