We got an anonymous tip that the firm is experiencing mounting legal and operational problems. There have been rumors that Ameriprise will spin off SA. Any thoughts?

It seems like every time a new lawsuit comes out against us it has to do w/some schmuck on the Securities America side. I say dump it and throw them to the wolves.

Its been in the press. I read it, dont remember where, Investment News, or WSJ, they are having issues related to some private placements.
