New merrill comp plan

any one hear whats coming around the bend this week regarding the new comp plan? under 250k fired but also hearing rumors of penalty box being raised significantly?

I think the <250k is only for vets, and that was released a few months ago. That's my understanding. The folks I know there think it is all positive stuff coming, (if you are a decent producer). Please post what you find out!
