Monster team gone from WFAs
One of the largest teams in the country is gone from WFA in char, nc.
There are tons of rumors going around.
And…?
Wait, maybe this would be a better response: OMG!!! That's incredible! What are the rumors? Are they from credible sources? Where'd they go? Did they go indy? I'll bet they did. I don't think I'll sleep until I have more info. I'm going to definitely follow them on Twitter now.I heard one of them is gay, and another was found making out with Suzie under the bleachers at the football game. One of the largest teams in the country is gone from WFA in char, nc.

Canned for taking money from clients accounts, that is the rumor at least. 3 million PCG team. They might be going Indy, but not because they wanted to.

There are a lot of people leaving of their free will and a lot of spin from complex managers as to why. I would not believe most of the rumors, most are leaving of their free will.
Is it common for brokers who can't stay within the compliance requirements at the big boys to go indy?Canned for taking money from clients accounts, that is the rumor at least. 3 million PCG team. They might be going Indy, but not because they wanted to.

Over a bil in assets.
No one will hire.

If that really is the case, it's a "compliance issue".Over a bil in assets.
No one will hire.

Heard nothing all day - I don’t believe it. I don’t think anyone is misleading, I just think this rumor is wrong. Unless they faked their Envision plans!!!
it is true…their website is down, and they are not registered with anybody on FINRA. What the actual reason is is all speculation, but SOMETHING happened.
There was some kind of compliance problem with several firms offices in NC. Some kind of unregistered private placement. I heard rumors back a month or two ago that the WFA Charlotte office was involved. For the life of me i can’t remember where i saw it. Ols age i guess.
Rumor is madoff. (?)
Number 5 team at wfa
OK I’ll bite - who the heck are we talking about? Whose website is down. I’ve still heard nothing.
anybody ever seen the Blair witch project??
I did . Guy or gal in the basement, facing the corner. Also the bugger scene in the tent.

Questions follow wealth advisers’ move from Wells FargoCharlotte
Business Journal - by Adam O’Daniel Staff writer
Local wealth-management powerhouse The Jones-Blair Group has split from Wells Fargo Advisors and joined a rival firm amid allegations that its principals, Robert Jones and Michael Blair, didn’t follow the bank’s policies, the Charlotte Business Journal has learned.
Jones also faces an investor dispute accusing him of misconduct.
But the brokers’ new boss says he’s “100% comfortable” with the team joining his firm.
Jones and Blair joined Raleigh-based CapTrust Financial Advisors this week, dropping their longtime affiliation with Wells Fargo Advisors (formerly known as Wachovia Securities). Charlotte’s investment community was buzzing this week with questions about why a seasoned team of billion-dollar wealth managers would jump ship after decades with the same firm.
Heard these guys were squeaky clean. Typical stuff from a wirehouse. They tell us that we own the clients relationship. But when we leave they bad mouth us and spread maliciuos rumors.
